Understanding Stress and Anxiety
Stress and anxiety are two of the most common challenges that people face today. Whether it is related to work, relationships, or other aspects of life, stress can be overwhelming and can have a significant impact on our well-being. difficulty with building relationships: they all end very quickly.
difficulties to maintain stability in a relationship: it is easier for you to agree than to refuse, your relationship is very tense.
difficulties to survive a breakup, loss, divorce,
difficulties in relationships with children,
difficulties to maintain relationships with parents: there are a lot of difficult feelings and resentments.

Education:
As an existential therapist, my education and training have been crucial to my practice. I have spent years studying the complexities of human experience and the ways in which individuals can find meaning and purpose in their lives. My education has focused on a range of topics, including research in the field of domestic violence, traumatic child-parent relationships, women’s sacrifice, sexual addiction, and codependency in relationships.
My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which provided a foundational understanding of human behavior and psychological processes. This degree served as the basis for an education in clinical psychology, as well as specialization in existential therapy and group therapy. This gave me a deeper knowledge of therapy methods and assessment tools. During the program, I was able to take part in a practical therapeutic training under the guidance of Rimas Kochunas, as well as other professors in the field of existential therapy.
The practice under the guidance of Professor Rimas Kochunas gave me a comprehensive understanding of the existential approach to therapy, including its theoretical foundations and practical application.
Throughout my education, I also had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, from all walks of life, and this experience has shaped my approach to therapy. I believe that every individual has a unique set of circumstances, and it is my job as a therapist to help them find their way to a fulfilling and meaningful life.
As a member of the Eastern European Association of Psychotherapists, I continue to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in my field. I participate in regular continuing education and professional development, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Overall, my education and training have prepared me to provide compassionate and effective therapy services to those in need. By utilizing the existential approach, I am able to help individuals explore their inner world and develop a sense of purpose and direction. I am committed to ongoing education and professional development, to ensure that I am providing the highest level of care possible to my clients.
